・Hakata snack platter, 3 types (grilled cod roe, vinegared offal, Hakata sesame mackerel)

・Saga Prefecture Yobuko squid sashimi

・Miyazaki specialty "Chicken Nanban"

・Yobuko squid tempura

・Japanese black beef motsunabe (offal hotpot) with the original Hakata Yamakasa platter

・Finish off with champon noodles from Taiho Ramen, a famous ramen shop in Kurume, Fukuoka
